Beaches
Florida beaches
are some of the most popular for weddings. With the soothing sound of the waves
and soft sand, couples typically are barefoot to exchange their vows. In
general, the beaches in Florida are open to the public. You may select a hotel
or resort with a private beach to ensure privacy and your specific location.
Parks
Parks with lake
view, gazebo like shelter from bright sun or rain and bar-b-que are available
for a minimal charge. Osha makes it convenient by making the reservation for
you.

Marriage
License FAQ's
|
A
Florida marriage license may be applied for in any Florida county.
Florida marriage licenses are valid for 60 days from the issue date.
The marriage ceremony must be performed between the effective date
and the expiration date on the license. The bride and groom must
both be present when applying for a marriage license, and sign the
application form. Both parties must be at least 18 years of age.
They must have a driver’s license, state ID, military ID, or
passport for identification. U.S. citizens must provide their Social
Security Number. Non-citizens may provide a Social Security Number
or an Alien Registration Number issued by the Immigration and
Naturalization Service. If either party has been previously married,
you must note on the application when the marriage ended. The fee
for the marriage license is $93.50. Bring the Marriage
Certificate to your Wedding Officiant on the day of your marriage to
be signed. After the wedding, you may either send the
signed marriage certificate or have your Wedding Officiant send the
signed certificate to the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit
Court. You will receive a certified copy of your marriage
certificate within 10 days after it is received by the Clerk.
